Still the favorite after 15 months
I wondered what all the fuss was about-- until I got my hands on this blanket. My 4 month old now snuggles with this nearly 24 hours a day. It is the softest piece of cloth I have ever held. Not the fuzzy fleecy kind of soft-- but the very worn T-shirt or well loved cotton quilt kind of soft. It washes really well and is very light but still keeps him toasty warm and NOT sweaty like in the fleece blankets. This blanket is HUGE in comparison to normal swaddle and infant blankets and that is a really nice help. It is big enough to throw on the floor for play time and it covers me really nicely as a nursing cover. It is still so very breathable-- I don't end up all sweaty and he doesn't mind being covered either unlike normal blankets. I only wish I had found these amazing blankets sooner!
The only con-- its pretty easy to snag the loose weave of the fabric. It goes back in for the most part-- but a tiny bit of caution and care not to wash them with velcro and you are in...
