I accidentally ordered two of these, and when I opened it was going to keep both because it was so soft and plush. But when I tried to put my son in it while he was sleeping by zipping down from under both arms and unsnapping on both shoulders as shown on the tag and info online, I found that the left side zipper is placed so that the end of the zipper with the stop is at the top, so it doesn't actually open at the top. After some fiddling around I found that if I unzip the right side far enough around I can put him in it, but it is a bit more awkward than advertised. Also just in principle I don't like being deceived by product makers even if I can find a work around. I'm keeping one because it's still more convenient that no shoulder openings or side zippers, and I anticipate the bottom opening feature being useful at some point, but will return the other one and deduct two stars from what would otherwise be a four-star review (not five for zipper size and shedding issues...
